The world's first set of denitrification catalysts, achieving 100% comprehensive utilization of resources

Recently, Guoli Longyuan Naimenggolong Environment Co., Ltd. was officially put into operation in the High tech Development Zone of Wuhan Haibao Industrial Park. Every year, 20000 tons of deactivated catalysts will achieve 100% comprehensive utilization of resources, and some processed products will be put on the market, reflecting China's important achievements in the resource utilization of waste environmental catalysts.
The denitrification catalyst is the main component of the flue gas denitrification system in coal-fired power plants, which minimizes the emission of nitrogen oxides and is known as the "chip" of green coal power generation. It is used normally for 3 to 5 years, but gradually loses its activity due to wear, blockage, sintering and other factors. Finally, it is treated as a solid landfill, which has the dual disadvantages of secondary pollution of the environment and waste of resources.

In recent years, with the comprehensive implementation of ultra-low emission conversion in coal-fired units, the use of catalysts for denitrification has rapidly increased. In 2019, Guoneng Longyuan Environment Co., Ltd. led the national key research and development project on "Solid Waste Resource Utilization", which lasted for three years of scientific and technological research. In 2021, our city began to construct the National Longyuan Nitrate Decontamination Catalyst Resource Comprehensive Utilization Project; This year, the project is officially put into operation, and the scientific research achievements are moving towards industrialization.
The first set of titanium dioxide transportation vehicles in the country will transform the production technology of demonstration production lines, completely localize the core technology and key equipment, break the technical barriers of "bottleneck", and also overcome the problem of efficient extraction and high recovery value of vanadium and tungsten elements. "The energy consumption of this project is only one-third of that of traditional technology in terms of" three wastes "production," said Ma Guoqiang. The project has built the industry's first "shutdown plant" and will create a new model of "digital integration" to explore new paths for the development of low-carbon transformation industries.

This project will radiate to Inner Mongolia and surrounding areas, promoting pollution and carbon reduction in industries such as thermal power, steel, cement, and coking, and improving quality and efficiency.
