Catalyst for Plastic Pyrolysis Oil Refining

Brief Introduction

The oil refining catalyst is mainly used for the catalytic cracking of waste/ used oil. It can further catalyze the oil which cannot be processed after the waste oil is gradually distilled, so as to extract more and better diesel oil and gasoline oil with good quality from the waste oil.

DZC-PA, DZC-PB oil refining catalyst can obviously improve the quality of oil. Moreover, the selectivity of the product diesel oil is high. After distillation, the oil turns light yellow, the density can reach 0.79-0.82, and the odor is basically eliminated (because the additives in the plastic are also cracked). Cetane number and octane number are high, C2 dry gas in cracking gas is few, liquid yield is more than 90%, and it also has the effect of pour point reduction (pour point can be controlled at 0-20 C)
