Wet Sulfuric Acid Catalyst for WSA Unit

DZC V-W series catalyst for wet gas sulphuric acid process has a unique formula and shape design (daisy shape), which can adapt to the working conditions of high water vapor content in wet acid process. The unique seven-ribbed daisy shape enables it to have a larger specific surface area, higher dust holding capacity and lower pressure drop, improving the spatial distribution of the catalyst in the converter. In particular, the cesium-promoted catalyst in V-W series has excellent performance in reducing operating temperature and controlling SO2 exhaust emissions.
